Afhik was amazing from start to finish! Friendly, professional, and really made us feel welcome. He checked in regularly without being overbearing and made sure everything was perfect with our meal. Great service with a smile—thank you, Afhik!
The waiter really satisfied my needs when I wasn’t happy with my food order and made me smile . The Chicken was cooked really well and we loved the flavour so overall, amazing service.
Went for dinner and a great environment, food was amazing we ordered the sharing platter which had a good selection of grilled chicken & sides for 2 people and no long queues or waiting around. Clean, comfortable seating, tables and lovely decor and ambience as well. Staff were very helpful, even to accommodate a table change. Not too busy on a Sunday even when we went, and plenty of spaces available. Citi parking nearby, walking distance to Ilford Elizabeth line station and Ilford high road shops. Will definitely be back at some point!

Definitely come back here! Was a busy Friday afternoon, I entered the place looked around, everyone seemed really busy and so I waited to be seated. George had very nicely interacted with me and give me options where to seat . I went to the counter to order, and Manish has taken my order while engaging very much with me about gym and trainings (as I was wearing sports wear, an amazing chat ) . While ordering I have not specified which part of the chicken I prefer however Nathan has approached my table and asked me about what would I prefer leg or breast. This is going above and beyond to meting customer satisfaction (respect for that ) and I am very happy that no matter how busy it was the guys has given me an extraordinarily service. I always return with a big smile on my face because I know that this particular brunch has a lot of welcoming team members and they make your day better. Thank you guys, your boss should love you and respect you for that. If they don’t then you should be proud of you. I know customers are hard to be reached but is not impossible, you have reached me long time ago. Thank you one more time. By the way delicious food like always
Today I came to Nando’s Ilford with my siblings and we were treated so nicely by all the staff, especially Misbah and Zhandida. Even though it was a busy evening, everyone was really polite and kind. Misbah helped me with redeeming my Red Chilli reward—he was patient, helpful, and really friendly. Zhandida was also so lovely to me and my sister, which we really appreciated. Such nice ambience here and good lovely staff! Thanks guys for a good evening
